Shipping Information
The United States
Shipping fees vary unless otherwise noted. We aim to deliver the product to you as soon as possible using 2 day shipping. On average it will take about 4-7 business days from the order date. Occasionally you might experience delays due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances related to the specific country of destination.
International
Our products are shipped worldwide but there is a shipping fee based on your location and can take 7-15 business days from the order date.
Returns & Exchanges
Effective April 3, 2025, the Earth Day Store will no longer accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Each piece in our store is made to order just for you. We don’t hold inventory, which means we produce only what’s needed—when it’s needed. This helps us reduce overproduction, limit waste, and minimize our carbon footprint.
Returns and fast fashion contribute significantly to environmental harm:
- Over 5 billion pounds of returned goods end up in U.S. landfills each year.
- Return shipping and restocking create unnecessary emissions and waste.
We will accept a return or offer a replacement if:
- Your item arrives damaged or flawed.
- You received the wrong item or size (different from what you ordered).
- The product was not as described.
If any of these apply—or if you’re unhappy with your order—please email us at store@earthday.org within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
