Katie Kimmel × Earth Day 2026 — a limited edition collection of hand-made characters, creatures, and ceramic-inspired chaos for everyone who loves this weird, beautiful planet.

Katie Kimmel makes things the way dogs experience life: with total, uncomplicated, infectious enthusiasm.

A ceramic sculptor and full-time artist based in the Mojave Desert, Kimmel has spent the better part of a decade building a world populated by lumpy, loveable creatures — characters with googly eyes and overalls and little chicken friends and yellow dogs that look like they're having the best day of their lives. Her work is funny and warm and completely sincere, and it has found a devoted audience of people who respond to the same thing she's chasing: what she calls “dumb joy.”

For Earth Day 2026, Kimmel brings that energy to the planet itself. The result is a collection of tees and accessories where Earth is a character — clay-formed, big-eyed, dressed in overalls, surrounded by friends. It’s art that makes you smile before you even read what it says.

Produced in partnership with EarthDay.org, whose 55-year legacy of environmental action has mobilized over a billion people across 193 countries, this collection is available in adult and kids’ sizes. A portion of every sale supports EarthDay.org’s ongoing work to protect the planet these characters call home.

Limited edition. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
